Offshore Development Center

In June of 2003, the Shenzhen Software Park entered a partnership with ZENSAR of India to form the SZ-SWP's Offshore Development Center in order to stimulate the local software export industry and to train local company personnel on the intricacies of the sofware outsourcing business.

IBM Development Support Center

The Park has partnered with IBM (China) Ltd. to create the SZ-SWP's IBM Public Technology Support Center in October 2003, with IBM giving out free software and hardware.

Oracle Technology Resource Center

With the support and donation of the Shenzhen municipal government, Oracle Corporation has created the Oracle Technology Resource Center to help software vendors to integrate their products to the Oracle platform and help them to market their products in both the domestic and international markets.
