Embedded Software : Embedded software development is a major focus of the Shenzhen Software Park. This field has attracted many companies like Huawei,ZTE,Mindray,Guanri,Coship,Netac,Hans Laser,Launch Tech and H&T with strong development capabilities and many products. These embedded software products have helped to boost Shenzhen-made electronic products including consumer electronics, networking and medical equipment products .

IC Design : The Park has so far attracted over 60 IC design companies, about one fourth of the national total. They include domestic companies like Huawei and ZTE,and those from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the United States. Half of the top 10 IC design houses in Taiwan has office in the Park.
