The SW-SWP Management Structure is organized into three levels of management:

1.) SZ-SWP Leading Group (for leadership decision-making)

2.) SZ-SWP Executive Management Office

3.) SZ-SWP Administrative Center

In addition there is the Software Park Advisory Group that reports to the Leading Group.

The SZ-SWP Leading Group is composed of leaders from the municipal government and the department concerned people in charge, is the SZ-SWP construction leadership decision-making organization, with the group leader post held by the mayor. The SZ-SWP Leading Group's work responsibilities are: formulation of SZ-SWP construction developmental strategy, the policy, coordination to solve SZ-SWP development, construction and major management issues.

The SZ-SWP Advisory Team is made up of government officials, industry experts, high-level enterprise administrative personnel, venture capital and finance experts, and the like. This group mainly provides advice and opinions concerning the construction and development of the Software Park.

The SZ-SWP Administrative Center is the SZ-SWP daily management service organization. It is specifically responsible for the Software Park technology support system and service system construction. It is also responsible for the Park Area daily management and the enterprise provides work and so on necessary service for the Park. The SZ-SWP Administrative Center main function includes: SZ-SWP technology Park technology support system introduction and construction; SZ-SWP service system introduction and construction; SZ-SWP area daily management; Information consultant service; Education training; Software standard, standard research and promotion; Project hatching; Financing service; Profession coordination management as well as domestic and foreign markets development and so on.
