Luo Hu Branch
Luo Hu branch consists of Jing Guang Software Export Complex, the High Technology Start-up Center, the High Technolgy Industrial Area (Phase 1 and Phase 2), and the Shenzhen CyberPort. The total available space is about 300,000 square meters and these facilities already accommodate over one hundred companies.
In addition,the Jing Guang Software Export Complex uses the management model known by the slogan “Government leads, experts manage, markets drive and companies operate”. This management model takes advantages of human resources, capital and geographical location (close to Hong Kong) of the Luohu district to build a global software export platform.
The High Technology Industrial Areas (both Phase 1 & 2) construction projects are being carried out via the governments policy of remodeling old industrial buildings into modern office buildings suitable for use by new high-tech companies.
