The Park has partnered with IBM (China) Ltd. to create the SZ-SWP's IBM Public Technology Support Center in October 2003, with IBM giving out free software and hardware.

The SZ-SWP's IBM Public Technology Support Center provides the best enterprise-class Unix-based applications development, testing and support services in the industry. The primary role of the center is to provide technical support services for small-to-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with low-cost enterprise development solutions based on IBM server and AIX.
