Futian Branch
The Futian Branch, also known as the Shenzhen Futian High-Tech Start-up Center, has a Business Incubation Service Center which was established as a non-profit organization by the Futian District Government to assist start-up high technology companies, especially software companies, to become well established businesses. The Futian Service Center has assisted 118 startup companies. Of these 118 companies, four of them have become recognized by the Shenzhen municipal government as High Tech Enterprises, and 24 other companies have become certified software companies. Also, from these 118 companies, 39 software projects have passed product certification, and 20 other projects have been recognized as high technology projects. Twelve of these companies have earned annual revenues in excess of ¥10,000,000 (RMB).
Branch facilities also include large multifunctional meeting rooms, smaller meeting rooms, training class rooms and a business service center. To house new start-up companies, the Branch provides a variety of small offices ranging in size from 50 to 200 square meters, including multiple 100 MHz Ethernet network connects and a 24-hour video monitored security system.
